Information We Collect

  • Contact details you provide: name and email address, plus an optional phone number. A valid mobile number is required only if you request text follow-up.
  • The business problem you describe, your optional website URL, and any optional project brief details such as budget, timeline and notes.
  • Website measurement records: allowed page paths, offer and button labels, form interactions, broad referring-source categories, short UTM campaign labels, and a random browser-session identifier. These measurement records do not include your form answers, email address, phone number, full referrer URL, arbitrary URL query strings, or IP address. Hosting providers may separately keep request logs.
  • SMS consent records, including the exact checkbox text shown at opt-in, the phone number provided, policy versions, source URL, captured timestamp, and opt-out status, plus any optional email-marketing opt-in status.
  • Inquiry status and timestamps, and project-fit details derived from an optional brief. Submitting the initial inquiry does not require a budget or score.
  • Admin authentication identifiers for authorized FrontierPixel administrators, such as Clerk user identifiers used to protect the admin area.
  • Technical records created by our hosting and database providers, such as request metadata, deployment logs, and Convex document creation/update timestamps.

Sources

We collect information directly from you when you submit the intake form, from your browser or device when you visit the site with attribution parameters, and from service providers that help operate the website and secure administrator access.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether a project is a fit.
  • Prepare estimates, project plans, proposals, and service communications.
  • Send inquiry, quote, scheduling, proposal, project-update, support, account, or service-notification text messages only after you provide optional website opt-in consent.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and intake workflow.
  • Maintain business records, consent records, and legal records.
  • Send marketing emails only when you have opted in and only through an appropriate provider once configured.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

The inquiry form accepts a name, email and project description without a phone number. It presents a separate unchecked optional SMS consent checkbox; selecting it requires a valid mobile number. SMS consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing services. If selected, that consent covers text messages from Frontier Pixel LLC about your inquiry, quote request, scheduling, estimates, proposals, project updates, support replies, account or service notifications, and related follow-up.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text-message opt-in data are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers, such as messaging providers, only as needed to operate Frontier Pixel LLC communications under our instructions.

Project or inquiry SMS consent is separate from optional email marketing consent. You do not have to opt in to text messages to submit an inquiry or buy services.

Service Providers

We share personal information with service providers and processors by category so they can operate, secure, store, transmit, or support the site and inquiry workflow. For this site today, the core categories are hosting, backend/database, and administrator authentication.

Examples of providers in these categories include hosting providers such as Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages; backend and database providers such as Convex, Supabase, or Firebase; authentication providers such as Clerk, Auth0, or Supabase Auth; email and messaging providers such as Resend, Mailchimp, Twilio, or Telnyx; analytics, logging, and error-monitoring providers such as Plausible, Google Analytics, PostHog, Sentry, or Axiom; payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square; and security or operations providers such as Cloudflare, Vercel logs, or similar infrastructure tools.

Messaging providers, including Twilio if configured, may process phone numbers, message content, consent status, and delivery or opt-out records only as needed to send and manage Frontier Pixel LLC communications.

These examples are illustrative and may not all be used at the same time. If FrontierPixel adds a new category that processes personal information in a materially different way, especially marketing, analytics, advertising, payment, or SMS providers, this policy should be updated before that category is used.

Cookies, Analytics, Sale, and Targeted Advertising

  • We use first-party website measurement stored in our own CRM database, with no advertising pixels or third-party advertising analytics. Browser local storage remembers the first and latest known source for up to 30 days. Session storage holds a random session identifier and a bounded retry queue while the browser session lasts. These are browser storage features, not tracking cookies.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not sell sensitive personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable website measurement. You can also disable it using the browser preference below. Submitting an inquiry still works; the contact and consent information needed to handle it is stored separately.

Your Website Measurement Preference

Checking this browser’s preference…

This preference applies to this browser. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keeps measurement disabled. Your inquiry form works either way.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while we evaluate or provide services and for a reasonable period afterward for business, tax, accounting, security, and legal records. Marketing consent and opt-out records are kept as needed to prove consent, honor opt-outs, and maintain suppression lists. We may delete stale or incomplete intake records when they are no longer useful for these purposes.

Individual website measurement events are scheduled for deletion after 180 days and daily count summaries after 365 days. Cleanup runs in bounded batches, so processing delays may extend these windows. Inquiry records and their source context follow the separate business-record retention described above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for a small business website, including access-limited admin areas, managed hosting, managed database services, and provider-level security controls. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

US Privacy Requests

Depending on your state and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or information about how personal information is used. FrontierPixel is a small business, but we will review privacy requests sent to the contact email below and respond as reasonably required by applicable law.

California Notice

For California residents, the categories collected may include identifiers, internet or electronic network activity information, commercial or project inquiry information, professional or business-related information you provide, and inferences produced by the intake scoring flow. We use these categories for the purposes listed in this policy. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Texas Small-Business Posture

Frontier Pixel LLC is a Texas-based small business. Even where a comprehensive state privacy law does not impose every controller obligation on this site, we use this policy as the public baseline for handling inquiries, limiting marketing to opted-in contacts, and reviewing privacy requests in good faith.
